Seed Of Light Inc. and its affiliates are not licensed healthcare providers. Participation in any program should not be construed as medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Participants whose conditions require specialized care must seek help from licensed professionals.

3. Liability Waiver for Physical and Creative Activities

By participating in any physical, artistic, or educational activity organized or sponsored by Seed Of Light Inc., including but not limited to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, crafts, art classes, workshops, media activities, or community events, participants acknowledge that such activities may involve physical exertion, heat, tools, equipment, or materials that can cause injury. Participants:

• Assume full responsibility for any risk of injury, loss, or damage.
• Waive and release Seed Of Light Inc., its directors, officers, instructors, volunteers, affiliates, and property owners from all liability or claims.
• Agree to indemnify and hold harmless Seed Of Light Inc. from any claim arising from participation.

I confirm that I am in suitable physical and mental condition to take part in activities. I understand that Seed Of Light Inc. does not provide medical care, emergency response, or insurance coverage. It is my responsibility to consult a doctor before engaging in physical or creative activities.

3. Non-Discrimination and Conduct

Seed Of Light Inc. is committed to equality, dignity, and respect for all people. Discrimination, harassment, or disruptive behavior is not permitted. The organization reserves the right to deny participation if a person's needs exceed the organization's non-clinical scope or if their behavior compromises safety or respect.

4. Release of Liability

I release and hold harmless Seed Of Light Inc., its officers, directors, volunteers, instructors, members, and the owners or representatives of any property used for activities, from all claims or damages arising from participation, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

5. Property Owner Protection

This waiver extends to the property owner(s) and landlord(s) of any location where Seed Of Light Inc. activities are held. I agree not to file any claim or lawsuit against them related to my participation.

I agree to defend and indemnify Seed Of Light Inc. and all related parties from any claim, demand, or lawsuit resulting from my actions, participation, or omissions during activities, including legal costs and attorney fees.

7. Personal Property

I understand that Seed Of Light Inc. is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged belongings during events or classes.

8. Photography, Video, and Audio Consent

By participating in any Seed Of Light event, I grant permission for my image, voice, and likeness to be recorded and used in promotional, educational, or documentary materials without compensation. To opt out, I must notify Seed Of Light Inc. in advance at info@seedoflight.org.

9. No Medical or Therapeutic Services

Seed Of Light Inc. offers educational, artistic, and community-based programs only. It is not a medical, psychological, or therapeutic provider. Participants needing clinical assistance must seek professional help elsewhere.

10. Minors

If the participant is under 18 years old, this waiver must be reviewed and approved by a parent or legal guardian, who accepts full responsibility for the minor's participation and conduct.

11. Media, Radio, and Public Statements

Seed Of Light Radio and related media platforms may include community voices and opinions. These views do not necessarily reflect the official position of Seed Of Light Inc. or its affiliates.
